Tubers are checked for viability prior to posting.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss as a result of crop failure. Weather, planting conditions, animal damage and poor customer care are out of our control however if you believe you have received a non-viable tuber please get in touch as soon as you recieve your tubers
Tubers will be shipped with visible eyes.
Domestic/ Australian shipping only - Apologies but due to quarantine restrictions we cannot ship to WA/Tas.
All orders are currently dispatched via Australia Post. We are not responsible for any delays or non delivery due to Australia Post. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been posted.
